Hi Dive Families,

It was so wonderful to see so many divers on the boards last week! Thankfully, the weather is warming up, and we've seen lots of smiles and less shivering!

This week is a little wonky with the end of the school year, the start of summer practices, and our first meet, so please take note of the schedule changes and information below. I will go day-by-day so it doesn't get confusing.

Monday, 6/15 - Practice Time Change - 4:00-5:30 All Divers

• The swim team will host its first home meet. We will move to one practice to accommodate the swim meet start time. Please come for any portion of the practice that works for your schedule. Parents may need to hang out in the grassy area or near the open end of the pool because the swim team will be setting up for the meet on the pool deck.

Tuesday, 6/16 - Normal Evening Practice Schedule

• 5:15-6:15

• 6:15-7:15

Wednesday, 6/17 - Last Day of FCPS - NO PRACTICE

Thursday, 6/18 - This is a big day! Please see all info below!

• Morning Practice Begins
  • 9:00-10:00 13+ yrs old
  • 10:00-11:00 10-12 yrs old
  • 11:00-12:00 9 and under
  • Reminder that these practice times are flexible. If your child needs to attend a practice other than the one for his/her age group due to camps or other schedule conflicts, that's not a problem.

• Boys vs Girls Meet - Rookie Volunteer Event - Judging Clinic at CH!
  • RSVP your diver here by Tuesday at 5:00pm so the coaches can draw up a roster and begin working with divers to determine their dives for the event.
    • Remember ALL divers are qualified and encouraged to participate!
  • Sign up to try out a volunteer position here!
    • This is the best opportunity to learn new jobs with NO PRESSURE!
    • CH Dive swag will be distributed to all volunteers!

  • Note - Weather looks like it could be an issue. We'll keep everyone updated on status but in the meantime, let's keep our fingers crossed for clear skies Thursday night!
