No certification or experience is required for judging.  I can send you a guide that NVSL distributes that explains what to look for and how to judge it.  In the developmental meets, there are a lot of front and back jumps and not the super intricate dives you see seniors do at the A meets, so it's very accessible to try out judging.  Thanks for considering.
