Check your Dive Folders: Every family has a dive team folder. If your child participated in any dive meets (A or B Meet) they will receive a ribbon and their Meet Sheet (so they can see how they scored on each dive). Also, if you volunteered and have reimbursed expenses, your check will be inside your family folder. Folders will be emptied at the end of the season. Please clean out your folder if you would like to have your ribbons and meet sheets.

Last Call for T-shirts: If you have not picked up your team shirt, you may take one out of the box near the dive folders.

Email from Parliament Pool for Tuesday’s Meet: The Parliament Panthers are excited to welcome you to our pool this Tuesday, July 20th, for the fifth dive meet of the season!

We invite your team to take to the boards (we have two) beginning at 5pm for warm-ups. You will have 45 minutes to warm-up. Freshmen girls will take a bounce beginning at 5:50pm and the meet will begin promptly at 6pm.

We request that you supply three judges and two table workers. We will supply the rest of the necessary volunteers. We would like to get your team's dive sheets to the table no later than 5:15 pm so the Referee has time to give them the standard courtesy check. We ask that all judges arrive no later than 5:40 for the briefing.

Some of our concessions will be the normal concession fare available for purchase - drinks, single-serving snacks, cup-o-noodles, etc.. For the dinner meal, we will be offering pulled pork sliders, burgers/hot dogs and cheese pizza.

Covid-19 Precautions:

COVID Screening – There will not be any screening process (temperature check, questionnaire, etc.) prior to entering the pool area. We ask that anyone who is experiencing any symptoms (i.e. fever, respiratory distress, cold or flu, muscle aches, loss of taste or smell) or who has had contact with someone in the past 14 days with suspected or confirmed COVID-19, self-identify and remain at home.

Distancing - In accordance with CDC guidelines, Virginia Executive Order, and Parliament Pool Operating Procedures, all attendees (spectators, coaches, swimmers, and volunteers) are responsible for maintaining appropriate distancing on the deck. All attendees should avoid any unnecessary close interactions to the maximum extent possible.

Spectators - Spectators will be allowed. In accordance with Parliament Pool Operating Procedures, face coverings are encouraged for those who are not vaccinated.

Masks for Coaches and Volunteers - In accordance with Parliament Pool Operating Procedures, face coverings are encouraged for those who are not vaccinated.

Masks for Divers - Due to the age and non-vaccinated status of our young divers, we ask that all divers wear masks as they enter Parliament Pool and keep them on until entering the water for practice prior to the meet. We will not be policing mask wear.

Cheering - No restrictions.

Bathroom usage - We ask that all divers come prepared to dive in their suits. We discourage the use of the bathroom as a changing room or to shower. Face coverings are encouraged in the restroom regardless of vaccination status.
