Attached please find the most up to date timeline for the Cracker Jack Meet this upcoming Sunday. Be advised that this schedule is tentative based on the Meet Sheets submitted. Often several divers do not show and the meet moves much quicker than anticipated. The CH Coaches will try to send updates on the schedule via the Cardinal Hill Twitter Account @chsrdive. You can also check the NVSL Dive site- they also try to post updates @NVSLDive For later events, I would recommend giving yourself at least a 30 minute buffer incase the meet is running ahead of schedule.

VIP-- Cardinal Hill will be responsible for providing 3-5 volunteers for the meet. All families attending will be considered for table worker or check-in volunteer slots. The Cracker Jack coordinators will assign volunteer slots based on your schedule preference and their need. Please look at the schedule and email me your time preference to volunteer (usually the event before or after your child's dive slot). If you do not email me your preference by noon tomorrow, you may be assigned to volunteer at a time that is not as agreeable. If you are assigned as one of the CH volunteers, it is your responsibility to fulfill the volunteer requirement or find a replacement. I will not be at the meet and will not be there to cover you!!
