Dear Dive Families,

I was just informed this morning that each dive participant will need to complete and bring the attached Covid-19 health questionnaire TO EACH AND EVERY PRACTICE. That is correct, you must print out and bring this form every time your child comes to a dive practice or event. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16th, your child will need to enter and exit the pool through the side Gate. Here they will be checked in by one of the Dive Coaches. YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE WITHOUT A PRINTED WAIVER. 

I understand this is a lot of paper and printer ink for all, but these are the rules we must follow if we want to hold practice. 

DAILY ENTRY RULES: Please line up outside of the gate if you arrive prior to your dive practice slot. Once the swimmers/divers from the previous session have exited the facility, coaches will be able to check in the next round of swimmers/divers. Present your signed form to the coach for entry.
