Secret Dive Buddies starts tomorrow, Monday, July 15th. Please stop by Cardinal Hill today and pick up your dive buddy form, they are in your dive folder. The first treat, cookies, should be delivered to your buddy Monday at practice. Please place your buddy's gift in a bag with their name and leave it on the marked table in the cabana. 

Speaking of dive folders, make sure you have picked up any meet sheets/ribbons that might be in your folder. Folders will be emptied at the end of the dive season.

Our A Meet this week is at Rolling Hills on Tuesday, July 16th. Warm-ups at 5pm and Meet Start at 6pm. All volunteer spots are filled. Thank you!!! Here is some info from the Rolling Hills team rep: We are located in West Springfield, on Carrleigh Parkway, not far from Old Keene Mill Road. There is a parking lot in front of the pool, and also plenty of street parking available on both sides of the street.

The boards will be available for your warm ups at five, and we'd like to start the meet at six o'clock. Your team area will be on the grassy area on the far side of the diving well, and there will be chairs and tables available for your team.

Table workers will be under cover in the pavilion directly behind the diving boards, and if the weather is bad, we will have canopies available for the judges.

The Seahawk Cafe will be open, and serving hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs and pizza (priced between $2.50 and $4) and various drinks ($1 to $1.50) as well as some snacks and candy. 

Our Final Learn a New Dive/Dinner & Dive will be this Wednesday, July 17th. Entree is still TBD. I will send along a Sign-up Genius link later today.

Rescheduled B Meet vs Vienna Woods is this Thursday, July 18th. Warm-ups at 4pm. Nachos at 4:45pm. Meet Start at 6pm. I still need someone to set up/take down the sound system, announce the meet and be the ribbon writer. These are great opportunities if you still need to fulfill your volunteer spots.

Cracker Jack Meet is Sunday, July 21st. Start times vary based on diver's age/category. Please remember you must let Brenda or Sydney know your diver is interested in attending by tomorrow, Monday, July 15th. If your child will not be at practice you may email me your interest and I will let the coaches know. If you would like a Cracker Jack t-shirt or hoodie, you must pre-order. Looking forward: The week of July 22nd is our last week of Dive Team. Our last A Meet is Tuesday, July 23rd, last regular practice is Wednesday, July 24th, and Team Awards Banquet is Friday, July 26th. All family members are invited to attend the end of season banquet which will be held in the CH Cabana weather permitting. All divers will be recognized. Please make sure this special night is on your calendar!
