For those of you new to dive team, the NVSL-D (Northern Virginia Swimming League- Dive) holds the Cracker Jack meet each July. Cracker Jack is the largest developmental B Dive meet in the country! New and developing divers from all 47 NVSL-D teams compete in age/gender specific categories. Medals are awarded to the top 6 places in each category and all divers receive a box of Cracker Jacks along with a participation ribbon. There is no charge for this meet, but parents with children attending are expected to volunteer.

The 2019 Cracker Jack Meet will be held next Sunday, July 21st at Sideburn Run. If your child would like to participate in the Cracker Jack Meet, you must tell either Coach Brenda or Coach Sydney by this Monday, July 15th. You can also email me to let me know if your diver won't be at practice tomorrow or Monday. The exact schedule won't be released until the day before the meet as it is based on the number of entries in each category. Attached is more info on the Meet along with a tentative schedule. Please be advised this schedule is tentative and over my past 3 years attending, I've seen some major changes to the schedule.
