Tomorrow, Tuesday, July 2nd: A Meet at Stratford

Address: 2300 Brinitzer Way, Alexandria, 22308 

Warm-Ups at 5pm and Meet Start at 6pm. Reminder that Stratford is about 30 miles away and in rush hour traffic the drive can be anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. Please plan accordingly! Stratford's snack bar will be open during our meet and sells "burgers, hot dogs, sodas, etc"

We still need 1 more volunteer (either as a Judge or Table Worker- I have a parent standing by who will fill the other open spot and is comfortable in either role). 

Wednesday, July 3rd: B Meet vs Dunn Loring at CH

Meet Warm-ups at 5pm. Nachos at 5:30pm. Meet start at 6pm*

*Note: We normally warm-up at 4pm for home meets, but as this meet has been rescheduled and is filling our normal Learn a New Dive slot, we won't start until 5pm.

We still need several volunteers to make this meet a success. Thank you to those who have already volunteered. I hate to always be the volunteer police, but we cannot run these meets without parent help. Many NVSL Dive Teams do not hold B Meets as they are not required and it takes a lot of volunteers and prep to pull them off. The coaches and I believe that B Meets are an important part of summer dive, especially for our young, new team. Help us, help your kids. Please sign-up to volunteer. We will train you!
