Team T-Shirts have Arrived! Teresa Crowley will be passing out team shirts starting on Monday. If your diver registered after the t-shirt deadline of June 7th, we should have enough extra shirts to accommodate everyone, you just might not get your first choice of size. 

A Meet at Stratford- We have our 2nd NVSL Dual A Meet at Stratford (2300 Brinitzer Way, Alexandria, VA 22308) on Tuesday, July 2nd. This pool is far away- Google Maps says up to 1 hour 30 minutes in evening rush hour traffic. Please plan accordingly. Reminder that Coach Brenda or Sydney will let your diver know if they are ready to participate in our A Meets. We are still in need of one judge and two table workers. Please sign up if you are able to help out. 

RESCHEDULED: B Meet vs Dunn Loring- We have rescheduled our B Meet with Dunn Loring for this Wednesday, July 3rd. Cardinal Hill will now be hosting. We are going to need several more volunteers to make this meet a success. Please sign up to help if you are able.

CANCELLED: Learn a New Dive/Dinner & Dive #3- Unfortunately we will be cancelling our Dinner & Dive this week so that we may host our B Meet vs Dunn Loring. As we have a very young, new team, we felt this was a fair trade off. For our more experienced divers, thank you for understanding!

NO WEDNESDAY FUN DAY: As we now have a meet scheduled for Wednesday evening, we will not have fun day on Wednesday and will instead have a regular day of practice. 

NO PRACTICE ON JULY 4TH- Enjoy the holiday and we look forward to seeing everyone at practice on Friday.
