At this time, I am cancelling the 4pm practice as I just heard thunder at my home which is about 3 miles from Cardinal Hill. There is supposed to be a break in the weather between 5pm-7:30pm. At this point the 5pm practice is still ON. I will send updates as we get closer to 5pm.
